How do magnetic fields work?
They help all the
biochemistry in your body to work better. They increase blood flow, oxygen
transfer efficiency, hydrogen bonding, enzyme production, and cell division
rate.
What polarity
should be used?
The north
polarity seems best for inflammation, swelling, or acute injuries. The
south polarity is better for fractures, most chronic ailments, and old
injuries. A few days after an acute injury, the body seems to prefer the
south polarity. Muscle testing for polarity is the best way to determine
polarity. For details see page 105 in the book: THE BODY MAGNETIC.
Who should use
PMFT?
Everybody,
whether healthy or not, will benefit from PMFT. Magnetic fields will
penetrate the whole body and can treat every gland and organ without side
effects.
How long will
it take to notice any improvement?
For most users
improvement is noticeable within 1-5 days, however long term chronic
conditions might improve at a slower pace. With regular use everybody will
benefit and probably feel more energetic.
Why would I
need PMFT?
Pulsed magnetic
fields harmonize with the biochemistry of the body. The body is a
bio-magnetic organism which produces and uses minute electrical and magnetic
impulses to regulate cell and tissue health. Over the years, many factors
such as stress, pollution, poor dietary habits, and general aging result in
diminished vitality. Use of PMFT helps kick start diminished biochemical
reactions in glands and organs, improve blood flow, and improve enzyme
production.
Are there side
effects?
Almost none. If
the wrong polarity is used there may be some temporary discomfort which ends
immediately when the polarity is reversed or application discontinued.
Sometimes people have reported getting too much energy. Moderation in all
things is a good philosophy to follow.
What is the
difference between permanent magnets and PMFT?
PMFT is more
biologically effective than permanent magnets. The changing field is
somehow noticed more by the cells like a ringing phone is more noticeable
than a steady tone would be.
Is PMFT the
same as TENS?
No. TENS
instruments apply electricity directly to the body. PMFT is more gentle and
less invasive. TENS instruments are designed to disrupt nerve currents that
signal pain. PMFT is designed to promote better biochemistry.
Is PMFT
painful?
Not in the
slightest. Most people do not feel anything. Some will feel a slight
tingling or warming in the area of application.
Can I take
prescription drugs while using PMFT?
Yes. They may
even work better according to some reports. Because of the ability of PMFT
to improve absorption and assimilation you will also get more out of your
vitamin and mineral supplements and general food.
What is the
difference between PMFT and electronic smog or EMF as it is called?
PMFT's are
generated with direct current electricity pulsed at extremely low
frequencies and are very similar to the natural pulsed magnetic field of the
Earth and our brain waves of 4 to 16 Hz.
EMF occurs at
much higher frequencies which may interfere with cell metabolism. Typical
frequencies of cell phones and microwave appliances may be millions of times
per second, compared with 16.
Are there any
contraindications for PMFT?
No. Although
there have been no reports of problems arising from use with implants or
pregnancy, it is probably best to keep applicators away from those parts of
the body. Metal embedded in fractures is usually stainless steel or
titanium alloy and is non magnetic, therefore PMFT will not affect them in
any way.
